For example, personal data is processed in order to set up your LEADQ account, allow you to create groups/rides an event through the LEADQ app/website, and submit content to this website, application or third-party widgets. For this purpose, LEADQ processes the following personal data: name, phone number, LEADQ user account profile data, location information, live location etc. Customer service: LEADQ is allowed to process personal data for this purpose because it is necessary for the legitimate interest of LEADQ (or a third party), essentially to enable LEADQ to adequately respond to questions and requests of
users.

Marketing (Direct): LEADQ processes user’s data for (direct) marketing purposes. This means that LEADQ can contact customers to draw attention to our services. For this purpose, LEADQ processes the following personal data: website behaviour, phone number, online identifiers, lead information, location and account information.

In addition to the above, we may also use your personal data for several reasons including but not limited to:

keep you informed of the lead status;
service;
lead data sorting by location;

Use of data On LEADQ Platform (Website/App)

If you create a lead, and share it with other groups, friends or strangers, LEADQ will share the following information about you with other known or unknown users within or outside the platform: (i) your first and last name, and (ii) a link to your LEADQ user account. When a led is created.

We may employ third party companies and/or individuals to help improve or facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform Platform-related services, including but not limited to: services, fraud detection services, database management, web analytics, monitoring and evaluation services. In this event, your information may be shared with the third-party companies and/or individuals. However, your information will remain protected as per this Policy.

Contact List Information: We are not collecting any contact list information we know that's why we prioritize the privacy and security of users’ Contact List information.

Image Gallery: LEADQ may access users’ Image Gallery to enable features such as setting a social profile picture or uploading pictures of lead or shop to the lead section. These images are solely used within the app to enhance the user experience and provide personalized content. We respect the privacy of users’ images and do not share them with any third parties without explicit consent.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use and other statistics (“Log Data”).

Non-personal data is data which can never be used to identify an individual. We may collect information regarding customer activities on our various portals.
